The TOTAL corporation has already a long-term cooperation with SilentSoft: its “Visiostock” service has been based on SilentSoft’s StockView™ solution on some of our key markets for many years (France, Switzerland, Scandinavia, etc.). It’s now one of our priority on the German market to keep pushing this solution forward.
Which features are you focusing on?
First of all, we highly appreciate the “one-stop-shop” aspect of SilentSoft’s solution, who takes care of everything once we give them the address of the tanks we’d like to equip ; and each of our local/regional team gets the same unified service all over the country. Furthermore, the alarm features, and the current development of it on the upcoming new platform, surely are the most effective way for us to improve our average drop-rate when supplying our large customer basis all over the country.
