Guy Lanrezac led Motorola Mobile Handsets France as General Manager and was head of Marketing at a major GSM module manufacturer for the M2M industry prior to joining Silentsoft in 2010. Guy now manages SilentSoft’s portfolio of international key-accounts and he leverages his solid sales experience to successfully launch our new products and marketing strategy.

Julien holds a Bachelor degree in Electricity & Embedded systems in Switzerland and developed sensors for road tunnel security. With now more than 8 years at SilentSoft, Julien has been a key person in the successful launch of successive generations of telemetry devices. He today leads our team of hardware engineers to enable the launch of more simple, robust and cost-efficient sensors and transmitters, securing that our triggering innovations will bring telemetry to the next level !

Alex has joined our Customer Service team 7 years ago, and his commitment and professionalism along those years has led him to the head of the team in early 2016. Together with our bi-or trilingual customer service specialists, he’s dedicated to bring assistance and support to all our small or large customers, from supervising the installations or repairs to fulfilling our client’s online requirements.

Dominique has acquired a significant “hands-on” experience in buildings heating problematics during his 10 years at the Customer Service of Elcotherm in Geneva. He’s then been at SilentSoft since the company’s launch at the EPFL in 2000, and has for the last 15 years led the company’s skyrocketing sales in our home country, Switzerland. His solid reputation and technical background, nourished by his daily commitment to his clients’ satisfaction, makes him a key team member whenever we aim to address new business challenges.
